As the principal government authority in the sector, the SLBFE has recognized Worknet Global as a Four Star-rated recruitment firm for its significant contribution to Sri Lankan foreign employment industry. Located in Colombo 10, Sri Lanka, our main office serves as our headquarters, while our branch office is situated in London, United Kingdom.

Company was formed with the intension of supplying quality manpower to the world with organized and well planned recruitment and screening process followed by suitable Training and Development programme.

Worknet Global Private Limited consist of professionals with diverse experience and expertise locally as well as internationally in professional recruitment and three Directors have achieved Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from reputed universities.

Mr.Nisrin Ali

Nisrin is a passionate and highly skilled marketer with an impressive track record in FMCG, Healthcare, and Diversified Business Industries, supported by a strong educational foundation. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) - University of Sri Jayawardenapura, a Bachelor of Business Management Marketing Special with a 1st Class Honors from University of Kelaniya, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing - UK.
With an extensive career spanning over 20 years, Nisrin has excelled in both Multinational Companies and Local Conglomerates. His expertise lies in various facets of the industry, including Sales & Marketing, Strategic Brand Management, Product Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Media, Research, Innovation & New Product Development. Furthermore, he has dedicated over 8 years to leading Strategic Business Units, overseeing all aspects of the business functions, from Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing to Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
Nisrin's remarkable achievements include creating Award-Winning Brands (SLIM) and Communication Campaigns ( EFFIE) , which led to securing Market Leadership in various segments.
Nisrin's extensive experience extends to offering Business Consulting Services to various industries, including Baby Care, School Stationery, Pharmaceutical, Paper Products, Personal Care Companies and Digital Transformation Tech Companies.
In the academic realm, Nisrin has shared his wealth of knowledge as a Guest Lecturer for MBA, Bachelor Degree, and Diploma Programs at esteemed institutions such as University of Kelaniya, ICBT, and CINEC University. He has conducted numerous workshops on soft skills, motivation, leadership, Brand planning processes, and personal branding. Moreover, he has provided various corporate training and development programs, further cementing his reputation as a versatile and accomplished professional in the marketing and business arena
